Whether it’s a man or a woman or whatever that’s upset about the lack of people pining for equality in fields like garbage collecting, mining and sewerage work.
They are stupid.
Nobody pines for equality in those fields because women are rarely ever turned down for a position in those fields these days, at least in my country they’re not. Garbage collecting, sewerage maintenance and mining are jobs that are either disgusting or dangerous or both and are not actively sought out by ANY gender as a career path, men just choose to go into these fields more actively than women but this in no way implies that women will be turned down if they apply for this position just because they are a woman.
In my country, garbage collecting, sewerage maintenance and mining are all industries that would hire people on the spot because nobody actively wants to work in that job. Therefore someone willing is not something to waste to discrimination. Luckily though there is no discrimination in these fields because hidey-hodey they don’t have any right to be discriminatory.
On the other hand office jobs are actively sought out even by people who are jobless (who should be looking for ANY job and not only high end ones). They have the pick of the litter because it’s not like they’ll ever be understaffed or have an issue where majority of the world won’t settle for a job like this. They CHOOSE to be discriminatory towards females, there are many females looking for positions in these fields but they choose to hire men instead or treat women like crap in the office because if she quits they can replace her easily and with a man.
People cry for equality in offices because when women can be chosen they prefer not to choose them.
This is a message from someone that isn’t a feminist.
Please don’t be stupid with your accusations, feminism is about equality for all genders. Not only females.
